Does anyone know if the US liquid policy is enforced for outgoing planes not flying to Europe? (Particularly, I'm looking for Singapore...). (un?)Surprisingly, I can't find any info about international rtavel on the TSA site >_<.

I'm pretty sure that when I've gone through security at the terminals, they haven't asked me what country I'm going to when they check my bags and such. Granted, maybe that's just 'cause I haven't been flying through the international terminals recently.

I'm pretty sure it's on all flights, at least to or from the U.S.

Having just gotten back from Singapore, I can confirm that they allow liquids on the plane as long as you're not flying to Europe or the US. Same with Japan. (In other words, I was not allowed to take liquids on my flight from Japan to the US, but I was allowed to take liquids on my flight from Japan to Singapore and Singapore to Japan.)

if you are taking off in the u.s., i'm pretty sure they're not going to ask you to where you are flying. the policy applied when I flew to mexico. but the liquids policy is relatively flex right now. as long as it fits in the baggy, they mostly don't care.
