We hit our first port today; Juneau, Alaska. There are 3 cruise ships in port right now, so its hard to imagine what this city is like when it isn't crawling with tourists. I think the ships double the average age and weight here.

Overall, the cruise has been fun. Its much better to go with a group than going as a couple: there is always something to do, and even the silly stuff like disco becomes fun with friends.

3 minutes of internet left, lets see... its much less cold than I expected, the espresso is universally fantastic, the mountains are eerily pretty when they're overcast, and the water is very very green.

Pictures forthcoming, assuming I remember to bring my laptop off the ship in Skagway. For now, off to find someplace to eat!
